Delivery Information 

At Homer Hub, we want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Whether you prefer fast home delivery or to pick up your tiles directly from our warehouse, we have you covered. Below, you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, including shipping costs to different states in Australia, and the option to pick up your order in person for free!

How We Deliver

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your tiles are delivered quickly and safely. Whether you're ordering a small or large quantity, we take extra care in packaging and handling your order to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-14 business days.

  • Interstate, regional and remote Areas: For deliveries to remote or regional areas, transit times may be longer. Please reach out to our sales team at sales@homehub.com.au for a delivery quote and to receive an estimated delivery date for your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, we calculate your shipping based on order weight and shipping location. We offer affordable delivery across Australia. Use our estimate shipping option. For all locations not calculated automatically please contact us at sales@homerhub.com.au so we can discuss your shipping options.

Free Warehouse Pickup

For local customers, we offer free warehouse pickup! If you prefer to pick up your tiles directly from our warehouse, simply select the "Pickup" option at checkout. Here’s how it works:

  • Pickup Location: Unit 1, 24-27 Crescent Street Holroyd

  • Pickup Hours: Our warehouse is open for pickup from Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

  • Ready for Pickup: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that your tiles are available for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your items.

  • ID Required: Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your tiles. If someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, please provide their details when placing the order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order in real time and know when to expect your tiles to arrive.

Delivery to Multiple Locations

If you need your tiles delivered to different addresses, you can place separate orders or contact our customer support team at sales@homerhub.com.au to arrange multiple deliveries.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Delivery Window: Our couriers will typically provide a tracking number with an estimated delivery window.

  • Signature Required: Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available, please arrange for someone to sign on your behalf.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged tiles or notice something missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
